Description du poste

Client Security Officer and Cloud Security Architect.

Summary

Key member of an Account's Leadership board, providing proactive cyber security thought leadership and driving the senior tactical and/or executive relationships.

Accountable to ensure service deployment and delivery in line with Unisys Cybersecurity Best practices and compliance requirements (Protect Unisys).

Accountable to ensure service delivery in line with clear and well-defined contracted client requirements.

Modes of operation details

  1. Collaborate with and advise members of sales teams on solution features, architectural issues, implementation considerations, cost elements, and effort estimates.
  2. Analyze and evaluate client requirements against Unisys portfolio offerings and architect those requirements into a competitive solution.
  3. Provide technical input into bid proposals, projects, and technical documents within the sales process, identifying additional sales opportunities with existing customers.
  4. Demonstrate the organization's products at customer sites.
  5. Collaborate with sales teams to develop and recommend products and services to meet customers' requirements.
  6. Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of the organization's and competitors' products and/or services.
  7. Analyze detailed client business processes, software, application, ITO, and/or infrastructure requirements (RFPs, RFIs).
  8. Guide the proposed technical solutions through the Unisys Deal Review Board for approval.
  9. Lead or support architectural and/or solution reviews.
  10. Lead or support strategic planning activities and business case development for client engagements.
  11. Architect a solution using appropriate portfolio offerings with design elements that allow integration into the client environment.
  12. Support the development of cost elements and resource estimates as well as solution models.
  13. Refine and optimize architectural models.
  14. Adhere to appropriate Unisys SDF processes, architectural artifact requirements, and the Unisys End-to-End Service Model.
  15. Make architectural decisions about how solutions should be designed and implemented.
  16. Act as an expert on business processes, software and applications, and/or IT infrastructure and infrastructure management.
  17. Coordinate architect resources to develop the solution architecture for medium to high complexity opportunities.
  18. Present solutions to internal and client stakeholders.
  19. Provide client-facing support to develop multi-faceted, integrated horizontal solutions that enable desired business outcomes.
  20. Disrupt key new logo or new scope deals via a conversation-based approach (exemplify Power Messaging).
  21. Engage early (pre-DR1) via Global Pursuit Process (Business Development Manager) to help shape and develop win strategy.
  22. Bring accountability for the conceptual solution design, forward-looking innovation plan, traceability to client requirements, solution proposal development, orals presentations, and client pricing.
  23. Participate in the Win Solution Lab Sessions, defining the high-level design of the solution, including price to win analysis.
  24. Attend the DR1 and DR2 Reviews as required by the Governance Model. Support Sales Team, as required, Client Reviews, and Presentations (Orals). Support Sales Team in contract negotiations.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Proactive Executive relationship management ability in Cybersecurity.

  1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master in IT related major or significant equivalent experience of relevant work experience in global cybersecurity.
  2. Excellent communication (written/verbal), presentation, collaboration, influencing, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Knowledgeable on industry standards (e.g., NIST, GDPR, CIS). Must be fluent in French.
  3. Broad understanding of all Unisys portfolio (or equivalent external) solutions and the ability to present solution and portfolio strategy to clients.
  4. Experience developing comprehensive cost/benefit analysis and determining the risk associated with a given solution.
  5. Demonstrated ability to interact and articulate the benefits of a solution in a manner appropriate for senior IT executives.
  6. Ability to work independently and in team settings, including close collaboration with clients, industry leaders, and solution leaders.

Effective delivery management competency and field experience:

  1. Preferred at least 5 years of operational and/or consulting experience in cybersecurity transformation, implementation, and ongoing service delivery execution and/or leadership.
  2. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cybersecurity delivery streams in a global multi-business unit environment.
