Position : Client Relations Representative (Fluent English)

Location : Remote Philippines

Type : Part-time (with potential to transition to full-time)

Hirely is looking for a Client Relations Representative to handle meetings with UK prospects who have shown interest in our recruitment services.

You will not be required to do any cold outreach all leads are pre-qualified and provided by the founder.

Your main responsibility will be to present our services professionally , understand the clients hiring needs , and relay all relevant information to our Project Management team.

  • Conduct video or phone meetings (Zoom, Google Meet) with qualified UK prospects.
  • Present Hirelys services and explain the benefits of our offshore recruitment model.
  • Ask structured questions to identify client needs, required roles, and hiring timelines.
  • Write clear and concise meeting summaries for the Founder / Project Manager.
  • Maintain professional, polite, and timely communication with all prospects.
  • Excellent spoken English (neutral or British accent preferred).
  • Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Confident speaking with international clients via video calls.
  • Experience in customer service, account management, or sales is a plus.
  • Professional, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Fully remote position with flexible part-time hours.
  • All leads are provided no cold calling required.
  • Commissions or bonuses for each successfully closed client.
