Our Client Partners work closely with existing customers to build long-lasting relationships and ensure increased adoption, quick value realization, and long-term satisfaction. Account Managers will also be tasked with upselling and cross-selling our solutions to managed accounts and will be compensated based on these results.

Role overview

As a Customer Success Client Partner at CAST AI, you are an entrepreneurial, independent, and enterprise-style professional experienced in selling and managing customers in the cloud SaaS space, especially in Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Cost Control, Cloud Security, and DevOps tools.

As we expand globally, we seek growth-oriented Account Managers to maximize market opportunities. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Account Growth: Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand accounts and drive revenue.
  • Onboarding and Training: Collaborate with technical account managers to guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring full understanding and adoption of our products.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor usage, health, risk scores, and KPIs to proactively address issues.
  • Work closely with Sales, TAM, R&D, Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure account success.

Requirements

  • Based in France, preferably Paris
  • Proven experience in customer account management, including upsell, value realization, and planning.
  • 5 years of experience within Account Management
  • Ability to identify key contacts, understand client needs, and tailor proposals.
  • Success in negotiation and closing, with a focus on long-term satisfaction.
  • Experience with Kubernetes sales lifecycle and Cloud space is a plus.
