The Client Partner drives growth through the nurturing and development of existing and new client relationships. Key to the success of the Client Partner is a clear understanding of clients’ businesses, ways of working, strategic ambitions and always aiming to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management :

  1. Build and maintain strong client relationships, exceeding expectations with high-quality deliverables and insightful solutions.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, ensuring project delivery is on-time, within budget, and within scope.
  3. Leverage project management methodologies and tools for efficient delivery.
  4. Drive client satisfaction and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Business Development :

  1. Actively pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, RFP responses, and proposal development.
  2. Represent Ebiquity at industry events to enhance visibility and build brand awareness.
  3. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  4. Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their professional development.
  5. Contribute to strategic initiatives that drive business growth.

Operational Excellence :

  1. Adhere to Ebiquity's established methodologies and utilize tools like Salesforce effectively.
  2. Ensure all projects are executed in accordance with defined processes and best practices.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  1. You are an expert Global media practitioner with +10 years relevant experience
  2. Bi-lingual French & English : with the ability to manage meetings in both languages
  3. Proficient with both Offline & Digital media
  4. Skilled in Client Management
  5. International environment : on almost every project, you will collaborate with people based in multiple areas (UK, Spain, Australia, US…)
  6. Stimulating conversations with C-level on client side & media agencies top management and client leads
  7. Robust Ebiquity network to regularly discuss and share viewpoints on media trends and clients challenges and how Ebiquity should address them
  8. An advanced learning and development program to grow your soft & hard skills
