Une entreprise de technologie de renommée mondiale recherche un Client Partner pour renforcer son équipe en France. Vous serez responsable de l'acquisition de nouveaux clients, de la gestion des relations et de l'élaboration de propositions de valeur adaptées aux besoins des clients. Le poste nécessite au moins cinq ans d'expérience dans la gestion des clients, ainsi qu'une forte capacité à développer des relations et à négocier des contrats complexes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de clients.
  • Capacité démontrée à développer des relations clients de haut niveau.
  • Expérience en gestion P&L et compréhension juridique des contrats.

Main responsibilities

  • Hunt and acquire new clients to develop the current footprint.
  • Position DXC on strategic initiatives aligned with customer challenge.
  • Coordinate the Core Team (Client Partners, Account Delivery Lead, …) and Extended Team (Partners, Sales, Operational support, …) to grow the full portfolio of DXC.
  • Create and follow up the account plan on assigned territory.
  • Develop new business opportunities closely with Service Lines and Ecosystems (Alliances, Advisors, …)
  • Cross sell with current Customers
  • Shape the Deals and build Value Proposals aligned with customer pains
  • Participate to the Deals and Qualification boards reviews.
  • Close the deals including short and long term signings
  • Manage the client relationship, develop intimacy, ensure the Customer Satisfaction with new clients.
  • Develops and nurtures Executives Management or Senior management-level relationships with the customer.
  • Leads business negotiations for contracts.
  • Manage the P&L and drive growth on assigned territory (Revenue, Margin and TCV)

Education and Experience Required :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Sector in Consulting and / or Applications services with significant experiences in Business Development.

  • At least 5 years of Client Management
  • A strong capacity to open new positions and ability to take a step back on customer pains.
  • Deal and Qualification boards reviews
  • Significant experience in deal shaping, cross selling and the construction of disruptive value proposals.
  • Track record of managing disruptive deals & complex Portfolio of Annuity Services deals.
  • Experience in small and mid-sized deals involving a mix of countries, BUs and Service lines.
  • Proven capability for business P&L management, financial concepts, and contract law
  • Leadership role with Management experience.
  • Demonstrable capability for managing a business in start-up and growth phases.
  • Experience in developing customer relationships, including very good negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven knowledge of corporate policies, products, markets and processes, and an understanding of general business, financial and program management principles, and practices
  • Fluent English level is mandatory
