Job Description

Reporting to two Account Directors, you'll assist an experienced team in client data analysis, business reviews, and financial processes. We take pride in our diverse client portfolio and many-sided expertise across digital marketing, which will provide you a unique opportunity to develop valuable skills in media, client management and project management.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with campaign specialists, media planners and analysts to deliver campaign insights to our French clients.
  • Produce reports, presentations and other client-facing documents.
  • Become the contact between clients and our teams.
  • Assist our Account Managers and Account Directors in detecting business opportunities to grow existing clients.
  • Help in the billing and invoicing process, ensuring accuracy in financial documentation.
  • Gain insights into Jellyfish's value proposition to support client renewals and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

  • You can sign a 1- or 2-year alternance or professionalisation agreement.
  • Fluency in French.
  • Conversational level of English.
  • Some experience in a Client or Project Management role.
  • Interest in digital marketing.
  • You are comfortable using spreadsheet software for data processing.
  • You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
  • You are great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
  • You embrace challenges as opportunities and seek feedback to enhance your skills.
