Jobtailor is seeking a client relations professional in France to manage and grow a client portfolio within banking and insurance. You will assess risks, identify opportunities, and tailor proposals to meet client needs while ensuring proactive follow-up and strong relationship management.

The role emphasizes personalized solutions, meticulous record-keeping, and welcoming clients both in person and remotely, with a view to expanding the client base and increasing satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: Bac+2 level (associate degree) required.
• First experience in banking or insurance is a plus.
• Strong interest in banking and insurance.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Rigour, strong organizational skills and team spirit.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow your client portfolio by assessing risks and identifying opportunities.
• Acquire new clients through proactive outreach and tailored proposals.
• Identify clients' needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Ensure regular follow‑up and relationship management.
• Handle client requests proactively and responsively.
• Propose appropriate solutions and communicate timelines.
