360 Talent London is recruiting a Client Advisor for a Paris central luxury beauty and fragrance boutique. The role covers delivering a personalised client experience and achieving luxury sales targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in luxury retail, a proven track record of exceeding KPIs, superb storytelling, and fluency in English and French. CRM experience is highly valued in a fast-paced environment.

As a true brand ambassador, you will bring the brand's heritage and values to life, creating personalised experiences while guiding clients through the world of luxury beauty and fragrance. Your expertise, storytelling skills and commercial mindset will contribute to both client loyalty and the boutique's continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling and effective use of CRM tools.

• Maximise sales opportunities through cross-selling and a consultative approach to client needs.

Profile

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail, premium beauty, fragrance or cosmetics.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and commercial KPIs.
• Strong communication, storytelling and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Experience with CRM and clienteling, building long-term relationships with a discerning clientele.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are highly valued.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
