Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and capitalize market intelligence on industry segments to guide GEO (country) sales forces in articulating the value of our solutions.
- Articulate new value propositions to develop or improve Energy and Materials solutions, highlighting benefits and performance indicators. Identify potential acquisition targets as needed.
- Envision key/strategic aspects and make the purpose tangible. Assist GEO teams with business prioritization, partner and account selection, and reveal new customer ecosystems. Enforce a project-driven approach.
- Support GEO Business Planning and Sales Enablement for Industry Segments, providing guidance to improve sales performance and help clients transform their business.
- Engage with others to develop 3DS purpose, ensure pipeline, and contribute to customer engagement following the Value Engagement process.
- Develop executable plans for the Industry Experience strategy.
- Participate in marketing events to increase Dassault Systèmes awareness in Energy and Materials segments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; MBA is a plus.
- Over 10 years of experience in Infrastructure and Energy industries.
- Over 5 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Strategy, and Management.
- Over 4 years in Business Development, Consulting, and Project Management in the nuclear sector (preferably new build).
- Experience in Business Consulting and Consultative Selling, focusing on business transformation and digital technologies.
- Good knowledge of 3DS Industry Portfolio and offerings preferred.
- Effective communication skills, understanding, and conveying key messages.
- Active listening, empathy, open-ended questions, and rephrasing for mutual understanding.
