Description du poste

Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop, update, and capitalize on market intelligence within industry segments to guide our GEO (country) sales forces in articulating the value of our solution portfolio.
  2. Articulate new value propositions to develop or improve Energy and Materials solutions, highlighting potential benefits and performance indicators. Identify potential acquisition targets to cover portfolio gaps.
  3. Envision key strategic areas and make their purpose tangible. Support GEO teams with business prioritization, partner selection, account targeting, and help identify new customers and ecosystems. Enforce a project-driven approach.
  4. Assist the team in GEO Business Planning and Sales Enablement for selected Industry Segments, providing guidance to improve sales performance and help clients transform their business to meet objectives with clear benefits.
  5. Engage with others (team and cross-organization) to develop the 3DS purpose, ensure pipeline development, and contribute to customer engagement following the Value Engagement process.
  6. Develop executable plans to deliver our Industry Experience strategy.
  7. Participate actively in marketing events to enhance Dassault Systèmes' awareness in Energy and Materials Industry Segments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; MBA a plus.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the Infrastructure and Energy industry.
  • More than 5 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Strategy, and Management.
  • Over 4 years in Business Development, Consulting, and Project Management in the nuclear sector (preferably new build).
  • Experience in Business Consulting and Consultative Selling, focusing on business transformation and change management, linking operating models, business models, and digital technologies.
  • Good knowledge of the 3DS Industry Portfolio and offerings is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to understand and convey key messages to individuals and groups.
  • Active listening skills, demonstrating empathy, using open-ended questions, and rephrasing to ensure mutual understanding.
  • Regularly provides and seeks constructive feedback to promote development.
  • Builds positive relationships within the organization to facilitate task completion.
  • Continuously seeks ways to improve personal performance and contributes to the development of others by sharing knowledge.
