Description du poste

We are looking for a passionate Customer Support Manager to join our dynamic team of 8 agents in the Mobility Operations Classifieds Customer Support team.

The mission is to provide comprehensive, personalized assistance and support for customers and professional users of our Agriaffaires, MachineryZone and Truckscorner sites, and Leboncoin.

We are looking for someone with experience in customer relations, to mainly manage the French and English markets.

The main tasks are as follows:

-Optimize customer satisfaction through multi-channel customer service management: e-mail, telephone, chat, etc.

-Ensure the integrity of our brands by moderating accounts and ads

-Monitor and report bugs in conjunction with technical teams

-Adopt AI and Snapcall to improve performance and satisfaction

-Guide customers in the use of their tools and services

-Efficiently handle ad reports

-Contribute to the continuous evolution of customer service processes to facilitate the customer and/or agent experience.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in customer service.

-Dynamic, curious and rigorous

-Ability to learn quickly, even on technical subjects

-Excellent oral and written communication skills

-Team spirit and positive attitude

-Fluency in French and English. A third language (ideally German and/or Spanish) would be a major asset.
