Job Description

Collect and ensure the handling of disputes (documentary and/or administrative management) within the specified deadlines.

Contribute by maintaining positive and proactive communication to best satisfy customers.

Ensure that customer requests are handled with the appropriate quality and timeliness, and that our responses meet customer satisfaction.
