Bonatti S.p.A. is seeking a Civil Works Supervisor to join the on-site team for the Centrale à moteurs Corse du Sud project in Ajaccio, Corsica.

The role oversees civil and building construction, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements. Immediate availability preferred.

Candidates with a technical diploma and prior supervision on industrial or energy projects are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent not required but technical diploma is mandatory.
• Experience supervising civil works on industrial projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of HSE and quality control requirements.

Bonatti S.p.A. is currently looking for a Civil Works Supervisor to join its EPC project “Centrale à moteurs Corse du Sud” in Ricanto, Ajaccio (Corsica, France).

The selected candidate will supervise civil and building construction activities on site, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise civil and building works performed by subcontractors and direct workforce.
• Monitor construction progress, productivity, and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and promote a strong safety culture on site.
• Verify compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate daily activities with Construction Management and other project functions.
• Support the resolution of technical and operational issues during construction.

Requirements

• Technical High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as Civil Supervisor on industrial, energy, power generation, or Oil & Gas projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site construction activities.
• Good knowledge of HSE and quality control requirements.
• French and/or Italian will be considered a plus.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
