Qualifications

As the City Manager, you’ll run the day-to-day field operations of our urban mobility business. From managing our vehicle fleet, local teams and external logistic service partners to optimizing performance and availability, you'll be at the heart of keeping our shared vehicles on the streets and ready for riders. By driving efficiency, optimizing KPIs, and making data-driven decisions, the manager balances cost reduction with revenue growth, playing a key role in scaling the business sustainably. The City Manager will report to the Area Manager of the region and will work closely with our French teams. There will be a fleet of more than 6.000 vehicles and about 100 fixed term employees that will be under the leadership of the City Manager.

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT

Operations

  • Own the operational KPI’s for your city, i.e.: fleet availability, rides per available vehicle, number of active users. Which you follow on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Ensure that the fleet to be repaired will be back on the streets in no time to generate revenues
  • Take full ownership of your region P&L. Use the available levers to balance growth and profitability.
  • Ensure strategic positioning of your fleet thanks to innovative projects and analysis
  • Represent the company at local and regional events and communicate with relevant stakeholders.

Team management

  • Ensure a safe work environment for your team and make sure that all procedures are followed
  • Work closely with your direct reports, whilst keeping a close relationship with all your employees. Organise performance reviews an monthly team meetings.
  • Spend time on the ground to understand the day-to-day issues your team might encounter
  • Ensure your team is happy to come to work, which will be measured twice a year with the NPS
  • Hire and develop the best to build a team that will shape the future of our company

  • Leadership experience: Minimum of 1 year managing teams of 20+ employees, including supervisors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: You take ownership, make decisions independently, and are accountable for outcomes.
  • Strong communication & organizational skills: You ensure clarity, alignment, and timely execution of projects while keeping the team engaged and informed.
  • Proactive and positive attitude: You take initiative, embrace challenges, and foster a constructive team atmosphere.
  • Lead by example: Inspire and motivate others through your actions. You cultivate an inclusive, respectful, and supportive work environment.
  • Analytical & business-oriented thinking: You’re data-driven, with strong business acumen. Comfortable diving into numbers, identifying trends, and translating insights into action.
  • Language: Fluent in English and French.
