With a 98% average occupancy rate, we are committed to providing our residents with human-centric experiences and top-notch amenities.

Colive manages approximately 500 rooms across Europe, including locations in Brussels, Lille, Lisbon, Paris, and more on the horizon. Our mission is to create vibrant communities within major European cities, fostering human connections and shared experiences while offering private, comfortable living spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage room availability to optimize turnover and minimize vacancies
  • Coordinate the team to ensure efficient and timely room visits
  • Analyze and strategize to fill the rooms more efficiently
  • Monitor competitor occupancy rates and adjust strategies to stay competitive in the market
  • Support and oversee the local team (including interns)

Property & Maintenance

  • Full responsibility of the set-up and launch of new properties
  • Contract and supervise repairs and maintenance work
  • Manage and track incoming maintenance requests, prioritizing and resolving issues promptly to maintain property standards
  • Research and source competitive bids from various service providers, such as insurers, cleaning companies, and technicians
  • Place orders for materials
  • Maintain open communication with tenants while representing the company, ensuring clear, positive, and professional interactions
  • Foster a strong tenant community by addressing concerns promptly and improving retention

Preferred Experience

  • You live in Paris or are willing to relocate
  • You’re fluent in French & English (spoken and written)
  • You’re proactive, organized, and a problem-solver who can anticipate and resolve issues efficiently
  • Action-oriented
  • Commercial mindset: developing customer and service provider relationships
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and adapt well to a dynamic environment
  • You have a customer-centric & business-oriented approach, able to manage relationships with tenants, team, and service providers
