Overview

(Chinese and English) Customer Support Consultant, crypto (remote) — remote position with a multicultural and multilingual team. We are seeking a passionate candidate to join as a Customer Support Consultant and thrive in a home-office setup while delivering high-quality support for tech customers.

What you will do
  • Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers

  • Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
  • Communicate with developers and other departments across IT companies
What you need to succeed
  • Native Chinese and English upper-intermediate (B2 level)
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Experience with live chats and emails
  • Personal or professional experience in crypto
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
Nice to have
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk
