We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO) to lead our technology and product development initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our technology strategy, driving innovation, and overseeing the development and delivery of cutting-edge products. As CTPO, you will lead a talented team of technologists and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.

Responsibilities

1. Technology Strategy
   • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
   • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
2. Product Development and Management
   • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
   • Work closely with product managers and teams to define product roadmaps and feature sets.
3. Team Leadership
   • Build and lead a high-performing technology and product development team.
   • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
   • Collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure the seamless integration of technology and products.
   • Provide technical expertise and guidance to support business objectives.
5. Budget Management
   • Develop and manage budgets for technology and product development initiatives.

Qualifications
