At Koddex, we’re on a mission to reinvent enterprise productivity tools. We’re building a next-generation data management platform that combines the flexibility of a modern WorkOS with the structure and power of an ERP—helping companies scale like top market leaders.

We’re a team of 6, and we’re growing fast. Our next big step is to double our R&D team and lay the foundation for the future of our product.

We’re looking for a CTO & Late Co-Founder, someone who’s scaled SaaS products, built high-performing teams, and can lead with both strategy and execution. You’ll own the tech vision, scale our engineering team, and play a pivotal role in shaping Koddex’s future.

Your Role

1. Lead the Technical Vision (20%)

1. Own and execute the tech strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business goals.
2. Build a scalable, high-performance architecture that grows with us.
3. Drive innovation and keep us at the forefront of SaaS development.

2. Build and Scale the R&D Team (30%)

1. Recruit and mentor an exceptional engineering team.
2. Motivate your team to push boundaries, achieve excellence, and continually improve.
3. Set up the right processes to balance fast execution with security and reliability.

3. Deliver a World-Class Product (50%)

1. Lead the roadmap and make sure we ship high-quality products.
2. Guarantee top-notch performance, reliability, and security for our solutions.
3. Be hands-on when needed and actively involved in building the product with the team.

Experience with graph data structures is a big plus! We deal with complex relationships and love graph-based solutions.
