What will be your role & missions

As our Chief Product Officer, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of private 5G solutions. You will lead the product strategy, management, and product marketing, ensuring our offerings are not only at the cutting edge of technology but also address the evolving needs of our clients. Your expertise in IT, combined with your profound knowledge of 4G and 5G technologies, servers, and cloud infrastructure, will be instrumental in building and maintaining a product portfolio that stands out for its simplicity, efficiency, and innovation. You must have a great understanding of business challenges, business models, and pricing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

With your team, you will:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, market trends, and customer needs.
2. Lead the product management team in identifying new product opportunities, defining product requirements, and bringing innovative products to market.
3. Manage a team of product directors, managers, and designers.
4. Work closely with the R&D, engineering, and sales teams to ensure product solutions are feasible, scalable, and meet customer expectations.
5. Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative solutions to technical challenges.
6. Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather insights, strengthen relationships, and maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape.
7. Ensure products are simple to buy, deploy, and manage, providing an outstanding customer experience.
8. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings continually.
9. Manage our terminal partnerships to build an ecosystem of industrial 5G devices and robots that matches our customers' needs.
10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in the media, serving as a thought leader in private 5G solutions.

About You – What We Are Looking For

1. Proven experience as a Chief Product Officer or similar leadership role in the technology sector, with a strong background in IT, 4G/5G technologies, servers, and cloud infrastructure, but also a strong understanding of business-related challenges.
2. Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that have significantly impacted the market.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive innovation.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a range of stakeholders and leading a team with benevolence, openness, and pragmatism.
6. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA would be a plus.
7. Fluent in English, French is a plus.
