Job summary

CHR Group is seeking a Chief Product Officer to define the group’s product vision and turn it into a coherent platform strategy, investment roadmap and product organisation.

Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Committee, you will own product strategy, portfolio management and governance across the group. You will drive integration, convergence and growth across SMB and Enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• CPO or CPTO with full product accountability in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building multi-product portfolios and post-acquisition integration.
• Translating customer workflows into software with measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Define three-to-five-year product vision and roadmaps.
• Lead product org across multiple business units and oversee governance.
• Drive M&A integration, platform convergence and data/AI opportunities.
• Align CEO, Executive Committee and investors around product strategy.
• Ensure adoption, retention and cross-selling through disciplined delivery.
