Pelico, Paris-based with a global reach, seeks a senior optimization leader to define the vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Pelico's optimization platform. You will balance research depth with practical product delivery, tying models to the company objective and scalable operations.

You'll build and lead an optimization team, partner with product and engineering, and represent Pelico's OR to customers, academia and partners.

Qualifications

• PhD in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Senior track record solving real optimization problems in industry.
• Deep production experience in optimization; familiar with multi-objective decision making.

Responsabilités

• Define the vision and multi-quarter roadmap for optimization at Pelico and tie it to company objectives.
• Build and lead an optimization team from the ground up and mentor engineers.
• Represent Pelico's OR to customers, academia, and partners; publish and speak as needed.
• Support strategic deals with pre-sales credibility and senior technical relationships.
• Lead the integration of optimization into product roadmaps and engineering practices.
