The role focuses on aligning operations with regional strategies, improving customer experience, and managing risk and regulatory compliance in a complex life/medical insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership of a direct service organisation across multiple functions (New Business, Underwriting, Policy Services, Claims, Call Centre, Billing & Remittance).
• Proven track record delivering against SLAs and KPIs such as turnaround times, NPS and cost.
• Experience leading complex transformation and process optimisation programs, including digital innovation and better customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate and execute country operations strategy in line with regional and corporate plans.
• Lead and motivate the Operations management team to deliver results and maintain service levels.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, risk management and regulatory compliance within Operations.
