Chief Operating Officer

As COO, you will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to scale operations, optimise efficiency, and ensure seamless execution of the company’s vision. You will be instrumental in streamlining business functions, overseeing regulatory compliance, and driving strategic initiatives to accelerate the company’s impact in the Biotech/Biopharma industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and implement operational frameworks to support company growth and scalability.
• Oversee regulatory, quality, and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Strengthen supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial operations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the product, technology, and scientific teams to drive innovation and execution.
• Establish and manage key partnerships with stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Support fundraising and business development efforts to enhance financial sustainability.
• Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
