Hexa is seeking a Chief of Staff for its WTF AI-native vertical to act as the operational backbone for two growth streams. You will work directly with founders and lead GTM, while also shaping studio operations and founder pipelines across Europe.

This role requires hands-on execution, strong communication, and fluency in French and English. You’ll join a bilingual Paris-based studio with equity opportunities, a competitive compensation package, and benefits including mobility and health

Formación

• 0–2 years of experience in go-to-market, growth, operations, consulting, or on a founding team.
• You are hands-on, with a builder mindset and ability to ship.
• You have a genuine go-to-market appetite and like landing first customers.
• You demonstrate high agency and autonomy in work.
• You are ambitious about company building and enjoy rigorous execution.
• You are curious about AI and use tools to move faster.
• You are comfortable in front of people and fluent in French and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead company-building operations across multiple founder projects.
• Own GTM for each company: positioning, first customers, pricing, experiments and trackers.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Talent, and Comms to mobilize resources.
• Coordinate studio operations: scoping ideas, growing founder pipeline, and visibility.
