Hexa is a world-leading startup studio in Europe, designing, building and launching category-defining startups and investing in portfolio companies. You will join a four-person team to source, analyze and execute deals, aiming for 2–3 successful investments per year.

You will manage inbound and outbound deal flow, build an AI-powered sourcing stack, and perform market research to support decision-making, metric tracking, and value creation across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in VC, growth equity, small-cap PE, or a comparable analytical role (strategy consulting, IB).
• AI fluent - comfortable building your own AI applications to solve real-world problems.
• Strong financial modeling skills and a solid grasp of SaaS metrics.
• Fluent in English and French; additional European language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound deal flow and support marketing initiatives.
• Screen inbound leads and ensure founders hear back within hours.
• Build and maintain our AI-powered sourcing stack and data tools.
• Qualify sourced companies and drive weekly opportunities.
• Perform market research on priority sectors and market dynamics.
• Analyze targets and write investment memos for the investment committee.
• Monitor portfolio KPIs and support value creation projects.
