As part of the Corporate Development team, you will provide direct support to two of our Leadership Team members, assisting with strategic and operational initiatives.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Operational Support / Execution
- Assist in executing strategic goals and initiatives
- Assist in managing incoming business / operational requests
- Lead or manage key projects requiring cross-collaboration, ensuring successful execution aligned with business goals
- Prepare management presentations (e.g., Steercos) and follow up on actions decided during meetings
- Follow up on HR and recruitment topics, including strategic recruitments and performance reviews
- Support the execution and rollout of the Group’s strategic plan and global initiatives, such as the new Operating Model and internal communication plan
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies across all operations
Financials / Reporting
- Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Track key business metrics (e.g., utilization rates, project profitability) and provide insights to leadership upon request
Communication
- Draft and prepare key communications and presentations for teams
- Prepare reports for leadership meetings such as Group ExCo, Management Meetings, and others upon request
Other projects
- Facilitate global coordination of IP for these teams, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and alignment on methodologies and best practices
- Lead or coordinate special projects as assigned, such as launching new services or activities
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and French (oral and written)
- First professional experience in consulting, project management, or a dynamic business environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and senior leadership
- Ability to adapt quickly, think strategically, and be hands-on and results-oriented
- Strong analytical skills
