Description du poste

As part of the Corporate Development team, you will provide direct support to two of our Leadership Team members, assisting with strategic and operational initiatives.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Operational Support / Execution
  2. Assist in executing strategic goals and initiatives
  3. Assist in managing incoming business / operational requests
  4. Lead or manage key projects requiring cross-collaboration, ensuring successful execution aligned with business goals
  5. Prepare management presentations (e.g., Steercos) and follow up on actions decided during meetings
  6. Follow up on HR and recruitment topics, including strategic recruitments and performance reviews
  7. Support the execution and rollout of the Group’s strategic plan and global initiatives, such as the new Operating Model and internal communication plan
  8. Ensure compliance with corporate policies across all operations

Financials / Reporting

  1. Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  2. Track key business metrics (e.g., utilization rates, project profitability) and provide insights to leadership upon request

Communication

  1. Draft and prepare key communications and presentations for teams
  2. Prepare reports for leadership meetings such as Group ExCo, Management Meetings, and others upon request

Other projects

  1. Facilitate global coordination of IP for these teams, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and alignment on methodologies and best practices
  2. Lead or coordinate special projects as assigned, such as launching new services or activities

Qualifications

  1. Fluent in English and French (oral and written)
  2. First professional experience in consulting, project management, or a dynamic business environment
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and senior leadership
  4. Ability to adapt quickly, think strategically, and be hands-on and results-oriented
  5. Strong analytical skills
