Ikigai is a fast-growing wellness brand based in Bali, Indonesia, focused on handcrafted ice baths, saunas, and purpose-driven recovery experiences. We're building a global movement around mental clarity, physical renewal, and intentional living.

With our team expanding and demand accelerating, we’re looking for a Chief of Operations (COO) to take the reins of our backend operations and help us scale sustainably and strategically.

The Opportunity

As COO, you’ll be the key executor behind our growing brand. Working directly with the founders, you’ll lead and optimize cross-functional departments — including fulfillment, customer service, logistics, sales support, and internal systems.

You're the right fit if you're an operator at heart who thrives on structure, can manage complexity across multiple moving parts, and knows how to scale people, systems, and processes without losing speed or soul.

Lead and manage daily operations across fulfillment, logistics, sales, and customer service

Build and oversee a high-performing team across departments

Streamline backend processes, tech stacks, and workflows

Set and track KPIs for departmental performance and operational efficiency

Ensure timely delivery, product flow, and service excellence

Execute company-wide strategy in collaboration with the founders

Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable, data-driven solutions

Champion team communication, hiring, onboarding, and internal coordination

What We’re Looking For

5–10 years of experience in operations, logistics, or business leadership

Strong background in managing multi-functional teams

Proven success scaling systems and solving operational inefficiencies

Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset and eye for detail

Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills

Familiarity with wellness, lifestyle, or DTC product-based industries (a plus)

Must be based in Bali or willing to relocate within 1–2 weeks

Be a key leader in a brand with a global wellness mission

Help build the future of recovery and intentional living

Work alongside passionate founders and a purpose-driven team
