Ipsen in Paris seeks a Vice President of Medical Strategy, Operations & Governance to drive the global Medical function across Oncology, Neuroscience, and Rare Diseases. You will shape strategy, align with R&D, commercial, legal, and IT, and serve as a senior liaison to the CMO and Medical Leadership Team.

The role oversees the Medical Evolution Roadmap, annual objectives, KPIs, budget, and governance bodies, ensuring regulatory compliance and execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Medicine or Life Sciences (MD or PhD).
• 10+ years in medical affairs or related field with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute global strategies across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets.

Responsabilités

• Strategic direction of the Medical Roadmap and support for MLT and CMO priorities.
• Oversee Medical governance, budget, KPIs, and yearly objectives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, commercial, legal, IT, and quality.
• Drive Field Medical excellence and alignment with Ipsen priorities.
• Provide executive-level liaison to senior management and external healthcare professionals.
