Position: Chief Marketing Officer

Reporting to the CEO, leading a team of 5, and part of the company's CODIR, your main mission is to lead marketing, communication, and environmental strategies.

Your goal is to design and implement a high-impact marketing plan to double brand awareness over three years and generate new business opportunities, including managing relations with financial backers and organizing events and trade shows.

You will also oversee CSR strategies, coordinate marketing campaigns, manage PR and strategic partnerships, and maintain communication tools and storytelling.

Profile

Ideally holding a Master’s degree in communications, marketing, or digital strategy, with over 10 years of experience in B2B, investment funds, or tech/startup environments, and expertise in marketing and communication.

Must have a strong interest in tech and innovation, fluency in English, and experience with CSR issues. Key qualities include adaptability, cross-functional collaboration, rigor, reactivity, flexibility, proactivity, and curiosity.
