About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join ARYA PROPERTIES' as Chief Marketing Officer, leading the marketing strategy and execution for this fast-growing property development company. As CMO, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and ultimately, revenue growth for ARYA PROPERTIES' as it continues to expand its operations in Bali. This is a full-time position based in Bali.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to support the company's growth objectives
• Overseeing all marketing campaigns and initiatives, including digital marketing, content creation, events, and PR
• Analysing market trends and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing activities
• Managing the marketing team, including hiring, training, and developing high-performing individuals
• Collaborating closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts and achieve business goals
• Monitoring and reporting on marketing performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the property or real estate industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven marketing strategies
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed, strategic decisions
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
