We’re Hiring a Data Cyber Manager! Join a tech-driven company at the heart of the digital and energy transition. We're looking for a Data Cyber Manager to lead efforts in protecting data integrity, confidentiality, and availability across global operations.

Location: Paris, France (Hybrid/Remote Options)

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Sector: Cybersecurity & Data Governance

Your Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust data security strategies, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Oversee data classification, encryption, secure storage, and access control mechanisms.
  • Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments focused on data assets within both IT and OT environments.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with regulations including GDPR, NIS2, and others.
  • Collaborate with IT, legal, and compliance teams to align security practices with business needs and regulatory changes.
  • Monitor evolving cybersecurity threats and adapt security strategies proactively.
  • Drive internal awareness and training programs on data protection best practices.
  • Recommend and deploy tools for advanced data monitoring and protection.
  • Lead incident response protocols involving data breaches or misuse.
  • Maintain documentation on security policies, procedures, and compliance reports.
  • Support audits and contribute to cybersecurity performance reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in data protection, cybersecurity strategy, and compliance management.
  • Skills: Knowledge of data security tools (encryption, DLP, IAM), familiarity with frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2), strong analytical and leadership skills, excellent English communication (French is a plus).
