Take the global lead of Tornum Group Sales and Commercial Organisation
Tornum Group, a leader in solutions for agriculture, food, drink, and feed production, is searching for a new Chief Commercial Officer to drive commercial strategies for growth and expand their market presence for their largest division - Feed & Food. The new CCO will take the lead in establishing a new sales strategy and structure for the sales organisation, integrating different product families to create comprehensive turnkey solutions for grain handling, processing and storage, applicable in all markets they operate in.
This role offers candidates the chance to lead strategic change in sales, bringing different business and country units together and developing innovative go-to-market strategies that capitalize on the global demand for their solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group CEO, the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will be responsible for establishing a unified sales strategy for the Feed & Food division.
Responsibilities will include:
The new CCO will lead the alignment of teams and working processes across different markets and Business Units, establishing new working practices, effective KPIs that measure sales performance, and implementing successful mid and long-term Go-To-Market plans.

What we’re looking for
We’re seeking ambitious professionals with a proven track record developing and implementing new sales strategy and structure for large-scale turnkey solutions within the farming and agriculture sector. This opportunity requires candidates to bring expertise in leading sales efforts across international teams and implementing effective commercial strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will have high energy, a great interest for the business and strong interpersonal ability. You should have strong analytical skills to be able to define and drive a clear strategy and plan, together with good judgment and strong communication skills. You will be results driven and motivated to work both strategically as well as operationally.
