Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the architectural vision and strategy for the CRM domain.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and robust information systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure architectural alignment with Michelin Enterprise Architecture Team for industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Oversee the integration of various systems and technologies to ensure seamless operation.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the IS team.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the architecture to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage and mitigate risks associated with architecture and technology decisions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in information systems and technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Chief Architect or similar role in an IS program implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of architectural frameworks and methodologies.
- Expertise in designing and implementing complex information systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain.
Salesforce Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Salesforce Certified B2B Solution Architect
- Salesforce Certified B2C Solution Architect
