Working as a Chief Architect
Within Global Operations, the IT Operations department ensures that the SOC, CyberSOC and Global CERT teams have the best IT services in all our geographies.
IT Operations systems such as Ticketing, Monitoring, customer portals, automation tools (XSOAR), Devops tools, CI / CD chains and hybrid-cloud infrastructures are essential to achieve our ambitions.
The quality, robustness, scalability, flexibility, and high security guarantee of Orange Cyberdefense's digital capabilities require precise coordination of a multitude of components. This necessitates having an end-to-end architectural, technical, and operational view.
As theChief Architect – Technical Urbanist, you will be responsible for ensuring the urbanization and end-to-end technical coherence of these capabilities, both for the target and for the progressive transformation towards the target.
You will guarantee the relevance of technical, tactical, and strategic choices made, not solution by solution as a technical architect would, but for the entire information system of Global Operations as a whole. This includes ensuring the proper assembly of different technical blocks, their independence over time, the ability to monitor the functioning or malfunctioning of the whole, and the quality of the assembly that cements the blocks together.
More broadly, the technical urbanist will have the permanent objective of translating the operations strategy or business needs from Product Owners, and their evolutions into technical orientations that ensure the quality of the information system, the responsiveness of implementations to needs, and cost reduction.
