Responsibilities

1. Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, reporting, and compliance, assisting the Director of Finance in implementing the hotel's financial strategies in accordance with company policies and procedures.
2. Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to organizational standards.
3. Oversee the implementation and integration of accounting and financial software systems with other operational systems.
4. Participate in the development and execution of the company's strategic plans.
5. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making.
6. Identify issues within accounting processes or procedures that could lead to future errors or misinterpretations of data.
