Job Description

  • Supervise and monitor all accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, and payroll.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Review and verify financial statements and reports in compliance with corporate and local standards.
  • Ensure proper internal controls and compliance with Accor standards and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
  • Support the Director of Finance in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering development and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in finance or accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai tax regulations and local accounting standards.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and strong organizational skills.
  • Must be fluent in Thai, both spoken and written.
  • Good command of English communication is a plus.
