Job summary

Chromalloy in Carson City is seeking a Chemical Process Operator to join our Blade Manufacturing team. In this hands-on role you'll support production by preparing materials, operating equipment, and ensuring all work meets strict quality and safety requirements.

Shift: Primarily Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM with potential weekend work and a $2–$4 per hour differential; sign-on bonus $500. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and manufacturing experience.

Shift

Shift: Primarily Monday-Friday (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends) | 10:00 PM- 6:30 AM

Shift Differential: $2-$4/hour based on assigned workdays

Sign-On Bonus: $500

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
