Safran Aircraft Engines at the Châtellerault site is recruiting a Furnace Operator for its Coating department. You will prepare batches, load furnaces, operate automatic heat treatment equipment, and record production data while ensuring product quality and detecting anomalies.

The role requires BAC+2 education and over 5 years of experience, with responsibilities spanning maintenance, diagnostics, and process improvements. Shift work 3x8 and crane operation authorization are preferred.

The "Coating" department is recruiting its future Furnace Operator.

Your main missions:

• Prepare batches.
• Ensure the loading of the furnaces.
• Operate and monitor automatic heat treatment equipment (furnaces) following the industrial file.
• Enter and record information related to production.
• Control and validate the product, detect anomalies.
• Perform diagnostics based on machine data and handle anomalies using predefined solutions. In the absence of predefined solutions, propose solutions to support functions.
• Perform 1st level preventive maintenance operations and, where applicable, 2nd level operations delegated by industrial maintenance teams.
• Contribute to technical improvements (product and/or process)

• Ideally holds authorization for overhead cranes and stacker cranes higher than 2.5m.
