Position

Title: Chemical Mix Technician

Shift

Rotating 3rd Shift (D); 2-2-3 Schedule; 5:30PM - 5:30AM

Training Requirement

4-6 months on Rotating Day Shift: 2-2-3 Schedule; 5:30AM-5:30PM

Compensation & Benefits

$24.00 - $28.50 per hour (with shift premium)

Essential Accountabilities
  • Chemical Mix Technicians work in a fast-paced environment making priority-based manufacturing decisions in a leadership role. Individuals must possess a high attention to detail, superior time management skills, and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization from floor personnel to upper management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist
  • Making Automated and Manual batches using Rockwell
  • Testing batches for release criteria
  • Special Projects (ex: Trials, Editing Work Instructions, FM-s, Kan Ban)
  • Cycle Counts/Inventory Tracking
  • Ability to accurately complete documentation
  • Forklift Driving
Required Skills
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Previous manufacturing experience.
  • Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Physical examination and pre-employment drug screen will be required upon conditional job offer.
  • Past analytical lab experience (pH meters, manual and automated titrators, reagent preparation, etc.)
  • Past cGMP experience and/or basic knowledge or cGMP protocols.
  • Prioritize tasks and work on several formulations simultaneously.
