• Log batch numbers, weights, processing times, and readings accurately.
• Wear PPE, manage dust control, handle hazardous chemicals safely, and clean equipment.

Essential functions
Bend, Lift and Sand, to move bags of product in an industrial pigment company. Understanding of reaction of mixing chemical, blending chemical and compounding and have an understanding of math, measurements, etc.

Key Responsibilities
Weighing and Measuring
Accurately scale and measure raw pigment powders, liquid solvents, and chemical additives according to exact batch tickets and formulas.
Machine Operation
Load and operate industrial mixers, dispersion tanks, mills, and pumps.
Quality
Take in-process samples to test for strength, viscosity, pH, and consistency.
Documentation
Log batch numbers, weights, processing times, and equipment readings accurately.
Safety and Cleanliness
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), manage dust control, handle hazardous chemicals safely, and clean vats and mixing tools.
