Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• As a true Project Manager, master the various phases and mechanisms of a project, especially in a regulated context, ensuring perfect management of entrusted affairs.
• Manage interfaces and coordinate with leadership a project team (internal and subcontractors).
• As a CAPEX Project Manager, oversee all activities and task coordination from specification to commissioning.
• Manage the QCD triptych of investment projects (KPIs) and coordinate the project team.
• Apply your expertise and methodologies (PMO) on organization, quality, safety, planning, cost management, and project steering.
• Manage contractual relationships with various stakeholders and transverse management (MOE, MOA, subcontractors, etc.).
• Coordinate interfaces closely with other engineering disciplines involved in projects, as well as Purchasing and Quality.
• Engage from project engineering phase to commissioning.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in engineering, with at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in high-demand industrial investment projects in the Pharmaceutical sector.
• Excellent command of planning tools such as MS Project and project management techniques, contract management, risk analysis, and budget tracking (PMO).
• Technical proficiency in English.
• Experience in complex projects with strict regulatory and safety constraints.
