For over 130 years, the Pic group has been a key player in French gastronomy, with its flagship, the Maison Pic and its 3* restaurant in Valence.

At its head, Anne-Sophie Pic and David Sinapian devote all their energy to the Pic group and its expansion: in France (Valence, Paris) and internationally (Lausanne, London, Hong Kong, Dubaï).

Mission

As part of its international development, Pic Group is looking for its future Chef(s) and Sous-Chef(s) for its new international projects.

Profil

With good managerial skills and a positive, motivational attitude, you work constructively with management and are genuinely open-minded.

A good administrator, you are able to optimize the kitchen’s profitability and manage sales prices, staff and merchandise with finesse.

You have a thorough knowledge of food products, their storage and use conditions, as well as hygiene rules and safety standards.

You have good interpersonal skills and are able to assert yourself through a consistently positive attitude with all members of staff.

You transmit on your know-how with rigor and kindness, making it a point of honor to unite your colleagues.

You’re passionate about your work and want to invest in a unique place and become an ambassador for the Group.

A meticulous and rigorous professional, you are dynamic, adaptable and responsive in your work.

Autonomous and determined, you are creative, love beautiful products and make it a point of honor to satisfy your customers.

You will have solid experience as a Chef or Sous-Chef, and be able to manage large volumes while maintaining the freshness and quality of the products that are the hallmark of the company.

This position is aimed at experienced, committed and caring professionals who are willing to make a long-term commitment and are eager to fly the flag for this fine establishment.

With similar experience in Michelin-starred establishments, you are an excellent team manager as well as a good administrator. You’d like to join a kitchen that’s been renowned for 4 generations, and that’s still growing, with prospects for growth around the world.
