Division and Job Environment

The Daher Industrial Services Division offers structural and mechanical assembly of complex sub-assemblies, equipment installation, and maintenance to its clients. It supports clients throughout their production cycle, either on their production lines or off-site, providing constant support.

Job Responsibilities
  • Act as a technical, functional, and line management adviser, coordinating and supervising team work.
  • Ensure quality standards and meet cost and lead time targets.
  • Organize teams based on activity and workload capacity.
  • Lead and manage production and support teams.
  • Assist operators with instructions and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct visual checks of team progress.
  • Implement and enforce quality, safety, environmental, security, and employment rules.
  • Participate in HR tasks such as hiring, training, appraisals, and development.
  • Promote multi-skilling and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Report anomalies and variances to line management.
  • Update dashboards and produce activity reports.
  • Manage safety, quality, lead time, cost, and team performance.
  • Develop employee skills aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years’ experience in HSE team management.
