As part of its development, the FAUCHÉ Group is recruiting for its Nantes agency:

Fauché Ouest Industrie Rennes in Nantes (44980):

Team Leader in Industrial Electricity (H/F)

You will be responsible for preparing, launching, and executing electrical installation work for our industrial clients.

You will perform your duties with a focus on optimizing productivity, deadlines, costs, material procurement, and safety.

You will report to the Works Supervisor and the Project Manager.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in project initiation.
• Leading on-site teams: monitoring team schedules, participating in site meetings and safety briefings.
• Coordinating activities with other trades and/or the client’s production/maintenance services.
• Ensuring technical progress of the project: managing work hours, procuring materials with the Project Manager, overseeing collective equipment, providing technical assistance during execution.
• Controlling work quality and safety on-site.
• Reporting project progress.
• Performing final inspections before project handover.
• Leading by example in safety practices on-site.

You should have at least 5 years of successful experience in electrical installation (CFA/CFO) and a solid understanding of the industrial sector, its requirements, and standards.

You possess a sense of responsibility, organization, management skills, and excellent interpersonal skills focused on customer service and shared objectives.
