Description du poste

The Logistics Stores Coordinator is in charge of all goods delivered to the company.

KEY OBJECTIVES

• To receive in all goods delivered to the company;
• Carry out inspection of goods received – checking for damage to, quantity of, and quality of items received;
• Entering all goods received onto the computer system and correlating the items received to the purchase order to ensure our order requirements are fulfilled;
• To be responsible for the goods in / out / stores areas to comply with Health and Safety, and to maintain it in a tidy and orderly way;
• To accurately pick stock items in accordance with the outgoing paperwork ensuring conformance to the customer’s requirements;
• To adequately package all orders for safe delivery to the customer;
• To liaise with the various carriers used for delivery to customers;
• Provide a professional service when interacting with customers both internal and external;
• When driving, to be responsible for the maintenance and security of the vehicle provided, including refueling, cleanliness, and the recording and reporting of maintenance needs;
• To keep a full and comprehensive log of all van activities and fuel consumption.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
