Work Environment:
The Cherbourg Naval Support Group (GSC) is part of the Army Support Service (SCA), primarily responsible for supporting various units within its geographic area.
Positioned within the Performance Synthesis Division (PS) and reporting directly to the division head, the Manager of Pilotage/Internal Control is tasked with implementing an integrated management system (SMI) based on internal control, management control, and quality assurance to ensure that the GSC effectively manages its activities and maintains satisfactory support performance.
The main mission involves providing objective and reliable data on support quality through dashboards and indicators to the GSC commander and domain experts within the SCA.
