About the role
Main responsibilities:
- Implement the company's sales policy within your geographical area, collaborating with the intern sales teams.
- Develop and follow up on sales with existing and new customers.
- Contribute to setting the sales policy and budget proposals.
- Create tailored offers and develop new products.
- Adhere to health and safety policies and internal regulations.
- Perform additional tasks as needed by the group.
- Apply the company's pricing policy.
- Manage customer relationships and prospect new market opportunities.
- Analyze customer needs and develop technical and commercial solutions.
- Negotiate deals aligned with pricing policies.
- Provide technical support and handle customer complaints.
- Manage the customer portfolio to meet management objectives.
- Propose and manage an annual sales budget.
- Collaborate closely with the inside sales team for daily management and sales actions.
- Maintain activity records in CRM and prepare tender responses.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and commercial excellence projects.
Quality and Safety
Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS), participate in quality improvement initiatives, and adhere to health and safety policies, including risk management and workplace hygiene.
About you
Education & Certifications:
- Business school diplomas or Master's degree.
- Equivalent diplomas with extensive experience (10+ years).
Experience & Requirements:
- Proven experience in similar roles within packaging companies.
- 10+ years in selling non-standard products.
- Knowledge of paper, corrugated board manufacturing, and printing processes.
- Leadership experience in sales teams.
- Strong negotiation skills and goal-oriented mindset.
- Autonomy, initiative, and good interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and German or other export languages.
