We are seeking a coach-trainer expert (H/F) for a prestigious energy sector client (gas and electricity).

Missions

You will work within the partner brand.

As a field expert and brand ambassador, you will be responsible for developing sales performance within your assigned stores.

• Provide initial training to sales staff and store teams (offer, market, environment, sales techniques)
• Coach and develop team skills daily (immersions, personalized coaching, group sessions)
• Assist in marketing the offer alongside store teams
• Lead negotiations at national, regional, and local levels
• Ensure compliance with honest sales practices (offers, legal mentions, processes, standards)
• Monitor and analyze sales performance; report actions and results daily
• Propose and implement corrective actions to meet targets
• Organize regular business review meetings with store managers

Profil / Conditions

Your profile:

Proven experience in sales (GSS sector manager, B2C prospecting, one-shot sales) and team management, with autonomy, excellent interpersonal skills, and recognized sales/negotiation abilities.

Enthusiastic, dynamic, with strong listening and empathy skills, and a trainer's mindset to motivate and lead by example.

Field-oriented, with a challenge-driven attitude and a strong results focus to maximize team performance.

Conditions:

• Schedule: Daytime work from Tuesday to Saturday
• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Near the city specified in the ad
• Departments: 75-77-78-91-92-93-94-95
• Contract: CDI (permanent)
• Monthly pay: €2000 fixed + €300 variable + uncapped bonuses
