POSITION SUMMARY

Serve food courses and beverages, set tables, answer menu questions, communicate with the kitchen regarding orders and special requests, record transactions, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, and complete closing duties including restocking and turning off lights. Follow safety policies, maintain professional appearance, protect company assets, and adhere to quality standards. Read and verify information, stand or walk for extended periods, lift objects up to 25 pounds easily and over 50 pounds with assistance, and perform other duties as requested.
