We are seeking Chef(s) de Rang to join the prestigious 5-star Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Dubai.
Contract Length: Variable, ranging from seasonal to yearly.
High Season in Dubai: September to May.
Work Schedule: Regular week of 48 hours, including duty meals.
F&B Outlets: Opportunities to work in various outlets such as the 1-star Michelin Portuguese restaurant Tasca, the Japanese Steakhouse Netsu, the Mediterranean restaurant The Bay, or the Noor/Club Lounge.
Salary: Comprising a fixed base salary plus service charge and tips, all tax-free.
Housing: Provided in a shared flat with amenities including WiFi, 24/7 security, gym, recreation areas, and rooftop terrace.
Transportation: Free 24/7 transportation from housing to the hotel.
